Living with a 1970 Porsche 356B Collectible Car and Spending a Pleasant Summer While Enjoying the Quiet Time

I've had too much fun to mention :).
Beatrice and I have had our 1970 Porsche 356B now for nearly nine years. Truth be told we've been very happy with the car. The condo is in eastern Michigan, near Osseo, and we enjoy driving the car during the spring months. My opinion is I'd say it's a great ride for the money.
Ever since we bought the Porsche 356B we've been all over the country. We took it out for a spin to see our uncle in Georgia numerous times without any issues. The Porsche 356B does Ok on gas and has not given us a lot problems in terms of service.
The Porsche 356B is in great shape, having been restored in the last two years. The previous owners seem to have taken it upon themselves to fix it up over the past twenty years. Our previous car, a Acura, had plenty of issues and we weren't depressed to unload it.
It was stressed to me to get classic car insurance on the vehicle. For our classic auto insurance we went with a company called Hagerty. We signed up for the policy completely online, using their excellent web site. We found the company by reviewing the information on insurance reviews. It's an authority site for finding the best price on insurance for collector cars. We insured the Porsche 356B for half of what American Family Insurance wanted.
The muscle car insurance was just in time because within a month of getting it we were involved in a horrible accident with a Audi. The accident totalled both cars. Our Hagerty insurance agent called us and let us know the car would be completely restored! It was a relief because of our fondness to the car.
The value of the car has gone up a lot over the past few years to our surprise. It's hard to believe we paid $18,000 for the car back in 1992. Now it's worth at least $60,000! We've been offered this much several times this year. My spouse is very excited!
Now is the time to find a car you enjoy! Go out and don't hesitate, there's a world of good condition Porsche 356Bs out there. Buy a Porsche 356B now before the price goes up! You won't be sorry.
