My wife and I entered a regional car show here in Lake, Michigan. It was organized by the local Sheriff by the name of Tim Tolmach. The Sheriff is a movie fan from way back, having a small part in the film "Ja, ja die Liebe in Tirol". A love of cars was nurtured slowly.

I entered my 1951 Lincoln in the cruise with the intention of having a good time. I spent four hours getting the Lincoln. I had done my vin search on the Lincoln by going over to classic car VIN site for a check at the accuracy of the car. After considerable research there I found that my Lincoln was one of a kind!

I entered my car and took first place! | was totally floored that my little old Lincoln was the star of the show. Next year I might enter it in a state-wide show.

I got alerted to a new site named #car insurance is a site about specialty auto insurance that is probably one of the best sources of information on classic cars I've found.

The site is very informative and gets a rating of nine out of 10.

This trip me and my buddy Jason went out for a drink while we were in Lincoln for a event. Michigan was a real dirty place. I'm going back in September to work on my doctorate.

I think I nearly went broke while there. Next time I plan to be more careful. We ate quite well while we were there though, so it wasn't too bad.

We saw some really exotic cars while there. I saw a white classic Mustang. My buddy saw a Bentley, so it wasn't a total wash all together.

Winter is soon upon us.
Richard and I have counted on our 1967 XKE now for I think eleven years. The general feeling is we've been living well with the car. The climate is fair in urban Texas, near Carlton, and we enjoy touring in the car during the spring months. My opinion is I'd say it's an excellent toy for the money.

From the day we picked up the XKE we've been driving up a storm. We drove to visit my wife's sister in New Mexico many times over the year. The XKE does well on gas and has not given us a lot issues in terms of service.

The XKE is in good condition, having been restored in the last two years. The previous owners seem to have taken excellent care of the car over the past twenty years. Our previous car, a BMW, had plenty of heartaches and we weren't sad to scrap it.

It was stressed to me to get classic car insurance on the vehicle. For our conden and scully classic car insurance we went with a company called Haggerty. We signed up for the policy completely online, using their excellent web site. We found the company by reviewing the information on insurance reviews. It's a great web site for finding the best offer on car insurance. We insured the XKE for a quarter of what our regular insurance company wanted.

The antique car insurance was just in time because within a month of getting it we were involved in a horrible accident with a Subaru. The accident totalled both cars. Our Haggerty insurance agent contacted us and let us know the car would be repaired! It was a relief because of our attachment to the car.

The worth of the car has gone up a lot over the past 2 years to our surprise. It's hard to believe we paid $13,000 for the car back in the early eighties. Now it's worth at least $60,000! We've been offered this much several times this year. My spouse is very excited!

This Saturday my family decided to try out China Chili in Hyrum.



The menu was pretty good. While watching a comedy routine my family snacked on one of the most completely tasteful meals my family had ever had

Nothing prepared us for how much fun we've had.

I took a regional show-n-shine here in Golva, North Dakota. It was put together by the local Judge by the name of Charles Morris. The Judge is a film freak from way back, having a small part in the film "Cachorros, Los". A love of cars was grown over the years.

I entered my 19 65 AMX in the car show with the desire of getting a trophy. I spent 2 days getting the AMX. I had done my research on the AMX by going over to VIN checker for a check at the accuracy of the car. Because of the detailed data there I found that my AMX was exceedingly rare!

I couldn't believe it...my car won first place! | was in total shock that my little old AMX drew so much attention. Next year will be even bigger.

I took the weekend off and entered a club-sponsored antique car show here in Greenville, Alabama. It was organized by the local Fire Marshal by the name of Tim Odel. The Fire Marshal is a film freak from way back, having a small part in the film "Dalbitt melody". A love of cars was grown over the years.

I entered my 1954 Chrysler in the car show with the hope of winning first place. I spent quite a bit of time getting the Chrysler. I had done my research on the Chrysler by going over to VIN checker for a check at the accuracy of the car. Because of the detailed data there I found that my Chrysler was a collector car!

I ended up taking home a first place trophy! | was completely amazed still in shock that my little old Chrysler had done so well the first time out. Next year I might enter it in a state-wide show.
